Dr Andre Potgieter

B.Ch.D, General Dental Council no.64279

Providing an excellent level of customer care is at the heart of everything I do. To do so I believe in developing relationships with my patients that are built on trust, mutual respect and, fundamentally, ensuring i cater to the specific needs of each individual to ensure they can achieve a more confident and healthy smile.

Since qualifying in 1985 from the University of Stellenbosch, I served as a Dentist in the South African Defence force. Following this, my family and I moved to Norfolk in 1989. I am extremely passionate about dentistry and the way in which it can positively benefit people at a personal level. My enthusiasm for what i do has led me to become a member of the British Dental Association, have a Certificate in Surgical and Prosthodontic Implantology from Eastman Dental Hospital and a Certificate in Advanced Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry (Mike Wise, London).

Outside of work I love to keep fit, taking part in triathlons, half marathons and of course biking to work when the weather is kind! As with most South Africans I am also a rugby fanatic! I look forward to meeting you and helping you to achieve your aspirations for a more confident smile.

I qualified at the university of Stellenbosch, South Africa, in 1987. Following this i have relished in a career local to Norfolk that spans over 20years. I am very passionate about my work and as such strive to provide true quality work that is of an exceptional standard.

I hold a special interest in Implantology, from simple restorations to more complex full mouth restorations, soft tissue reconstruction and bone grafting. Aesthetic and Cosmetic Dentistry go hand in hand and it is exciting to be able to offer my patients all aspects of dentistry. Additionally, i am also a coach and mentor for foundation dentists wishing to develop their skills in Implantology.

I am a member of The British Dental Association, The Association of Dental Implantology,, The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and The British Society of Oral Implantology.

In my spare time I enjoy keeping fit and taking part in triathlons. My family and I also love taking part in more adventurous sports and travelling.

Dr Sean Danino

BDS (Kings London) 2012. General Dental Council no 228247

My ethos in dentistry is simple; I treat patients the way I would like to be treated myself. I use this understanding to welcome a wide array of clients and focus on building trusting relationships centered around excellence in both customer care and quality dentistry. I strive to communicate effectively, ensuring patients understand the advice and treatment options I convey to help them make a well informed decision. Helping patients overcome their dental phobias at a slow and gentle pace is immensely rewarding for both of us as we often gain great results from simply talking through the initial problems.

I achieved my Bachelor in Dental Surgery at King’s College London, working in Guys, King’s and St Thomas’s Hospitals across the capital. I moved to Norfolk not long after to continue my training mainly in NHS practices. For the past few years I have mainly kept to Private Dentistry as I prefer the longer appointments and scope of work. I enjoy all dental specialities and have undertaken various cosmetic courses around the country including adult orthodontics. I am also in the process of gaining the MJDF (RCS) qualification.

I was born in Gibraltar and lived there until I moved to London in 2007. I enjoy keeping fit at the gym so I may indulge later on! In fact, had dentistry not worked out, I would have pursued a career in catering. I love food and experimenting with different ingredients and recipes. I am recently married and look forward to starting a family in future! But for now we are enjoying the Norfolk restaurant scene for all its local, amazing produce!

I look forward to meeting you and help create the healthy smile you have always wanted!

Mrs Colette Shoyer

I have worked at Cornerhouse Dental since January 2008. I have a key role to play in managing Oral Hygiene and treating gum disease within the practice.

I adopt a relaxed and reassuring manner and have a gentle approach, which helps to calm the most nervous patients.

I qualified as a Hygienist in 1995 and have since undertaken several courses to further extend my clinical skills and continue to do so. I am fully committed to providing patients with the most up to date information and quality care.

Outside of work a husband and 3 children keep me busy, in the free time I manage to grab I enjoy horse riding with my daughter, Boxercise, family walks and bike rides and I am an avid reader.
