General Dental Council no.100566

I qualified as a dentist in 2000 from Jagiellonian University Collegium Medicum in Krakow, Poland (the largest and the oldest medical school in Poland.)

After qualifying, I practiced in Krakow mostly in the private sector as well as in the Polish Community Dental Services until 2005. During this year the Department of Health canvassed for dentists in Poland to support NHS Dental Services in England. After being successful at interviews, I was offered a position in a large practice in Norfolk. I have enjoyed the last 15 years and have fallen in love with Norfolk.

I enjoy my dentistry and am definitely passionate about my job. One of the most satisfying aspects is meeting new people and being able to help and solve their particular needs and problems.

Another very enjoyable aspect of dentistry is the challenge of preventing disease and other problems and advising patients, not just about the here and now, but which treatment and treatment options will stand the test of time and still leave them with a lovely smile and able to enjoy their food, 50 years from now.

My particular passions are prevention, education, starting with the children, and helping people to overcome their fears from any bad/ poor experiences from the past.

I am also very passionate about aesthetic and restorative dentistry, strongly believing in minimally invasive approaches.

I keep upgrading my dental skills and knowledge by regularly taking part in theoretical and practical courses as I think further education should play a big role in the life of a dentist both to keep up with a new regulations and new dental science.

Being a member of the British Dental Association, gives me access to some of the worlds most advanced education materials and courses, and to further enhance this I completed a yearlong “Advanced Operative Aesthetic &Restorative Dentistry” course in 2018 at Aspire Dental Academy in London.

My other passions are art (I would never pass a gallery or an art museum without stepping in) and playing the piano. I love going to the Theatre Royal and to the cinema to enjoy a movie, a play, a musical or an opera.
