Dr Layla Taidi-Danino

Dentist

BDS, Bsc
General Dental Council no.228556

I found my passion for dentistry during my first degree in biomedical sciences which led to me specialise in oral biology and publish my dissertation in dental materials. After completing this degree, I stayed on at the prestigious Kings College London to study dentistry and graduated in 2012. Since then, I have worked in both Private and NHS settings which has given me a wide scope of practice.

It sounds cliche but I love to see people smile and I strive to make each one of my patients as confident as possible when doing so. To that end I have invested in postgraduate training completing courses in aesthetic dentistry, fixed and removable orthodontics and endodontic treatment. I also provide facial aesthetic treatments for my patients regularly including anti-wrinkle injections.

Part of the process of restoring my patient’s oral health and smile involves great communication and dealing with nervous patients which I pride myself on. I love getting to know my patients and building a strong foundation with them, so they feel comfortable and confident in the dental chair no matter what treatment they are having.

In my spare time I love keeping fit and when I can I try to travel and ski. I have a passion for music and play the flute. Mostly I love the simple pleasures in life, good food and a cozy afternoon in spending time with my husband and our little girl Darya.
